Regional TV Essentials
The vast majority of marketers and advertising professionals are located in the capital cities and therefore do not have regular exposure to regional Australia.
Many junior media buyers cut their teeth on regional TV and yet it is one of the more complex and diverse media channels in Australia.
In addition it is reliably estimated that over one third of all media buyers and planners working in the Australian market are from overseas - principally from the UK.
In response RTM has designed a short training workshop that gives a solid introduction to regional demographics and media.
The workshop is usually 60 to 90 minutes duration and has test and learn elements and a certificate of successful completion is issued to attendees.
